The main problem with this approach is that is simply impossible to reuse those files if you are not an author of the tests where they were added initially.
Cataloging of such files will bring them in order and add extra context to each file, allowing you to decide can you reuse it or not.
Create a simple file
INDEX.MD in the
resources folder with markdown table which will include all missing data (context, comments, date, etc) and be nicely rendered by your IDE into something similar to this:
